Introducing Versant 3.0

The first Versant suite designed with the flexibility to be implemented modularly, releasing in June of 2022. Click for more.

In 2015, Versant released Versant 2.0, extending our competency-based solution for onboarding new graduate nurses to address the strategic development needs of the entire nursing workforce. Versant 2.0 provided a comprehensive system with a tightly integrated sequence of workflows and processes to achieve your organization’s workforce development goals. Our clients were required to implement most components of our competency-based system across the workforce development spectrum in their organization.

In the last two years, COVID-19 has accelerated the challenge for healthcare systems to have efficient and effective structures and processes in place to prepare and develop their workforce. In response to these challenges, we are pleased to announce that Versant 3.0 will be released this month, the first Versant suite designed with the flexibility to be implemented modularly. We have made significant upgrades to our Versant Voyager® platform, allowing discrete components of our competency-based system to be used independently of others.

This modularity will allow us to better tailor our solution sets and services to your specific workforce needs. It will also make it easier for you to “test-drive” Versant products and services without making a fully committed investment to our entire service suite.

Combating fragmented workforce development approaches with integrated solutions must remain our endgame.
