We are pleased to announce that two Versant team members will be presenting at the 2022 Organization for Associate Degree Nursing (OADN) Convention.
Larissa Africa, MBA, BSN, RN, FAAN and Martha Grubaugh, PhD, RN, NE-BC, will be presenting on Saturday, November 19 in New Orleans, LA. Their presentation titled “Status of New Graduate Nurses: Pre-Pandemic and Current Times” will share findings among new graduate nurses’ perception of their work environment pre-COVID and during the height of the COVID pandemic.
