We are pleased to announce that two Versant team members will be presenting at the Association for Leadership Science in Nursing (ALSN) 2022 International Conference.
Larissa Africa, MBA, BSN, RN, FAAN, Figaro L. Loresto Jr., PhD, RN, and Martha Grubaugh, PhD, RN, NE-BC, will be presenting on Friday, November 4, 2022 in Cleveland, OH. Their presentation titled “Exploring the Relationship Between New Graduate Nurse Psychological Capital and Turnover” will discuss how Psychological Capital influences actual turnover among new graduate nurses.
