PERSONAL INFORMATION WE COLLECT

When you contact Versant through the Site, we will maintain your Contact Information for our records unless and until you ask us to delete this information.
At Versant Holdings, we put our users first in how we develop our products and services. As a registered user with the site, you can request that your account be permanently deleted. This article is about the process required to request a user account be permanently deleted.
To request an account be permanently deleted expresses your intention in writing to fully remove your user account by sending an email to email@example.com. This cannot be undone, and we won’t be able to recover any of your data once it is removed.
Note that in permanently deleting your user account the following deidentified data will be retained to meet regulatory and future analytical requirements:

- Performance records
