Because of our immense success with the transition of new graduates to practice using the original structure and framework of the RN Residency, Versant has begun to explore and pilot the service offering of transition of experienced RNs within an organization to new clinical practice areas. Versant is working to support two client organizations to identify transition areas and plan for implementation of the first cohorts of transition residents in the late summer of 2011.
